History
MIT hosted its first Science Bowl tournament in 2016, providing a home to the Northeast Regional Middle School Science Bowl. In 2019, we hosted our first high school invitational, with questions sets written by our board members. The middle school Regionals and high school Invitationals have been held annually ever since.
2024-25
The 2024 High School Invitational, held in-person, featured 48 teams from 44 schools across 15 states participating in eight groups. It was won by Montgomery Blair High School.

2023-24
The 2024 middle school regional competition, held in-person, featured 14 teams from six schools. It was won by William Diamond Middle School.

The 2023 middle school regional competition, held in-person, featured 15 teams from seven schools. It was won by Jonas Clarke Middle School, who went on to place 2nd at the national competition!
